Built in 1924, the owner of a unit in this multi-family building needed a combination of functional and cosmetic updates. Raskop & Lu provided project management for nearly every part of the home. Projects included a full kitchen remodel plus material and appliance specifications, new electricity & plumbing, new water lines for a refrigerator and dishwasher, a new gas line for an updated heater, pavers for a new driveway, and furniture and interior design throughout the quaint 760 sqft Berkeley home.
